plzzzzzz help me friend my question is, is the tds of part of income tax and when it deduct from salary and why becose tds is deduct only secoundry primary income like lotory etc..

yes the TDS is definitely the part of income tax payable by you and the net tax payable shall be calculated by deducting TDS from your account.

TDS is higher on the speculative business as the govt wants to discourage perople to for these activites :)
