we have a queary regarding appoint a sales person( what is benefited..appoint as a employee or commission basis) if we appoint as a employee then normal tds deducted but if we appoint as a commission basis then 10% on commission
my queary regarding what about expenses point of view sales persion it is deductable out of commission received then her income tax liabilities calculate,,,?
