Xyz is an employee of abc bank from Aug 2008 to Mar 2009…. Company deduct pf on monthly basis Xyz has not claimed his pf till date..
Again Xyz join as an employee ( in One of Broking Company) in that company also PF has been deducted Xyz has not claimed his pf till date.. Xyz come to know that he has to claim PF amount from both organization !!!!!!!( As he has not transfer his PF amt. which has been deducted by bank to Broking Co. PF A/c)
My querry is what effective step has to be taken by XYZ to get his own money back (PF amt)…???
And If bank and or Broking Company refused to give PF amount then what would be steps taken by xyz for his own money???

Employers has the role in PF withdrawal only for verifying & signing the PF withdrawal documents, which will go to the PF deptt & PF deptt after verifying their records sends amount to your account.

Now.. the question..if the employers are not supportive.
Then take the PF withdrawal form >>>fill all the possible details>>Get it verified by your bank manager(the bank account in which you are willing to get your PF amount)>>>& submit the same to the PF deptt.
They will take care of the PF account settlement in your favour..
