This query is : Resolved

10 March 2020 If montly salary of employee is above rs.15000 but due leaves it's fall below rs.15000 then company required to deduct PF n pay?

If yes, company required to deducted pf for all months from then after?

10 March 2020 No need to deduct PF in such a case.

10 March 2020 If your salary is above 15,000, its optional for employer to deduct PF. However if the employee voluntarily wants to contribute to PF, he has to intimate it to the employer. Morever if employee once choose to contribute to PF, then it has to be done on monthly basis irrespective of the salary for that particular month. The limit of Rs 15000 is the base for deciding whether PF is applicable or not. If the employee having salary above 15000 pm and have not opted for PF, then even if his salary payout is below 15000 due to the leaves, PF wont be applicable for him.
