In case of Loss of PAN card at the time of E-filing i need to know DOB which is different on the PAN card. Is there any other way to Know DoB???

If he has DIN then you can know the DOB. Otherwise make application for correction of PAN data, the ITD will communicate the mismatch of DOB to you.
