there is a lot of confusion in (ODC)Out door Catering Services as tally show 40% abatment & notification 26/2012 show 30% please help me what is the actual ratio.Sub clouse no- zzt

Both ratio apply to different situation. But in your case, i.e., outdoor catering, 70% is taxable value. You might have selected incorrect head in tally as 40% abatement is for Supply of food in Restaurant or other premises.
