19 November 2010 Purchaser is in Orissa

We have placed Order on a party whose main place of buiness is Kolkata.

Order is placed on KOLKATA address

Invoice is raised by the parti's Kolkata office.

But physically materials supplied from Rourkela (Orissa)

Party has claimed CST .Can we issue C form?

Since party is not claiming any Way bill for movement from Outside state ,Will there be any problem from Commercial dept ?

since the movement of goods is with in the state
only the invoice rised in out of the state.

it will not considered as CST sales.

Hence it is not advisable to do the transaction.
