Whether a new manufacturing company is eligible to take benefit of 15% income tax rate, if it will receive subsidy from state government. Thanks in advance.

Can avail 15 % if no incentive or holiday under the income tax act,1961.However , there is no bar in availing incentives under other schemes/acts.
