Name availbility in inc-1

19 February 2015 I have applied for name example XYZ CONSULTING company and in the object clause it is written the company will undertake the business of consulting of human resource managment etc but today i have received the intimation that it is rejected as per rule 8 (b)2. But I am not able to get the reason of rejection I have properly defined the word consulting please help

19 February 2015 the name is undesirable as per Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
Reasons may be due to
1. resembles with some other company name'
2. main object of the company is not properly reflecting in the Name of the company
