16 May 2015 IF I want to apply a name for the company XYZ Films Pvt. Ltd. and if already a company register with the same name XYZ Production Pvt. Ltd. the Object clause of the both the company is same.
Is XYZ Films Pvt. Ltd. name approved by the ROC ? If not why?
