We are an EPC company with good projects in the Northern India for PSUs. We are doing a good business but often we find ourselves struggling with supplier bills, vendor payment recipets, challans and so on and so forth while filing our returns. This causes a significant loss to us. Meaning at times we miss of TDS deductions for a sundry supplier. same with STs and things alike. It all goes haywire. Is there a way I can automate the way I handle my vendors across places, keep my bills upto date and manage all the paper work right from my main client all the way to my last supplier.

The simple solution is "Focus". Yes. Install focus server at your corporate office and link the other computers all over India as clients to it. It is the best way if you don't want to go for ERP Packages like SAP.
