As per Agenda of the Board Meeting, Item No. 1 was “Grant of Leave of Absence” but owing to pleasant presence of all the Directors on the Board there was no absence. Now when I am preparing Minutes of the same Board Meeting how this item will be shown? As a normal practice, if there was no absence of any Director then this item is not required to be shown in the Minutes and sequence will be started from Item No. 2 onwards. If I follow this practice so it will not match with the Numbering of the Agenda items. Hence I need your vital contribution to my knowledge to prepare the Minutes.

You are right in case of 100% presence LA is not required to be shown. However in your prob of numbering I would advise you to put the heading of LA and write “Since all the directors were present in the meeting Leave of Absence was not granted to any director.” Next time avoid giving number to this item.
