Can anybody please tell me Whether the minutes of the board meeting to be submitted in the next meeting for verification, Is that compulsary? is there any section for the same.?
Yes, it is good corporate practice to present the minutes of the last Board meeting for signing and to see what the agenda items which was earlier taken in Board Meeting is incorporated or not.
Now, in case of Board Meeting through video conferencing, it is mandatory to send minutes of Board Meeting in soft copy with in 7 days from the BM to all directors for their updation.
