I would like to know if the minutes can be written in loose leaf format and maintained instead of writing in a book register? Is there any new regulations in this regard. I would highly appreciate the replies. thank you BR shankaR
Kindly appreciate Yes, Minutes can be written in loose leaf format for a reasonable period (Generally 6 months)and after that to maintain their authenticity maintain them in a bound format.
No need to write the minutes. Print out will do.
Recently there is no change/new regulations in this regard.
