I would like to ask that if the date of order in case of merger is 06.01.09 and the effective date in order is 09.04.09, then which date should be considered for giving the effects of merger in the books of transferor and transferre company.

The effective date as mentioned in the order of merger will be the date to be considered for giving the effects of merger in the books of transferor and transferre company.
