Whether Trust ( Educational Institutions) are business entity under Service Tax? Do reverse charge mechanism is applicable to Educational Instituions?

Can you please clarify.

“Business Entity” means any person ordinarily carrying out any activity relating to industry, commerce or any other business or profession

This definition i also read from the book. The question is whether the function of the educational institution can be construed as " any activitity relating to industry, commercem or any other business or profession. If so whether reverse charge mechanism is also applicable?
