my company has deducted my full salary on account of excess leaves taken. And they have done it without intimation. what is the limit a company can deduct from monthly salary.

It has to be treated as Loss of Pay/Absence. While calculating Salary, all Components which are part of Monthly Salary have to be taken in to Consideration based on Salary payable Days. Annual Benefits should be paid on Prorata basis
