a llp newly incorporated as oct 2009 still the time books of accounts not closed. i would like know which year ending i have close the books of accounts as per llp law

If you are in India then you can close your accounts on any day or dates but for income tax and other departmental purposes you have to prepare you Balance Sheet up to 31st March every year.
