I want to know the procedure of liquidating a Pvt ltd. co. The directors do not have DIN as well as DSC. The company is incorporated in 2007 and has no operations. Due to reasons best known to the members, the co is now facing its death. I want to know the practical procedure related with Corporate Law and tax implications (Both Direct as well as Indirect). Thank You,
1.First u have to get the DIN for all the directors(no other go.). Also get the DSC. 2. File the ROC Returns 3. File an application to ROC under section 560 of the Companies Act 1956 requesting the ROC to remove the name from the list.
