1. whether full access to details of past ITRs , 26AS,etc of the deceased person in IT portal is available to the legal heirs of the deceased person 2. what is the share of each legal heir in tax liability of deceased, even though other legal heirs dont opt to register with IT as legal heir of deceased.

1. Restricted access for the returns filed. 2. If the shares in the property of deceased person is claimed, all the liabilities of the deceased person are automatically passed on.
