Agrawalji when return is for URD period and one has to apply for administrative relief naturally submission of return is late/ beyond specified time.
For submission of return either regular or for earlier periods if there is delay, late fee is prescribed of Rs.5000/-. Unless you pay and fill the details of payment of fees in return e-return will not be accepted by scheme.
Before amendment URD dealers were not required to file the return but for submission of application for administrative relief to condone the delay in obtaining registration, applicant has to submit all the returns covered for URD period. One has to submit application for period prior to amendment when no such late fee provision was available on statute book. What to do for submission of late return for URD period without payment of Late fee of Rs. 5000/- per return?(Maharashtra Prov.)
