If the amount has been credited on the last date and paid as well on the same date.. why can't be take the benefit... bcoz it is mentioned only about credit in the account of payee.. there is nothing about provision or paid at all????

The rules states that is where any income is credited by a person to the account of the payee as on the date up to which the accounts of such person are made, within two months of the expiration of the month in which that date falls. SO it states only credited and not where payment is made on the last date itself
