Dear P.M. Naidu If DIN is not intimated to ROC within prescribed time, then only additional fees has to be paid. There is no requirement to get DIN again. DIN once obtained is a permanent record. You could also reobtain the DIN 2 form from the concerned director giving a date close to filing of DIN 3, as at present there is no fine on Director at personal level, in case he has not intimated the company in time.
