Hi all,
I have a problem.
A person was retired on Sep 13. He was a Doctor. So he started providing consultancy service in different hospitals. Hospitals make payment after deducting tax u/s 194J.
26As shows his Income tax u/s 192(Salary) and 194J(Profession).
Can any one guide me which ITR is applicable for him for the AY 2014-15.
Whether it is ITR 2 or ITR 4

no in such case he needs to file itr-4 and needs to disclose both salary income and professional income.

Income Tax Return needs to be filed in ITR4 since there us both Salary and Professional Income.
