Hi,
I am filing ITR 4 for a LIC agent. He has only commission as source of income. Please help me what % of commission should be entered as gross expense(in column 53 in profit and loss page).
Please help asap.

Commission receipt are not taken into taxation on presumptive basis. So, the expenses to be shown on actual basis and not on a per cent of receipts.
