Respected Expert, Last year I sucessfully filed online ITR. Therefore my collegue wants to file their ITR by me,as their TDS deducted more than their tax liability. Can I file others ITR by using my email id.If "Yes" which things should I collect from them.Thanks in advance.

Yes you can file his return by registering your email id. One email id is allowed to be registered for maximum upto 10 accounts.
If his income is from salary only, then ask him form 16, bank details (i.e. bank name, branch, account no. and ifsc code) and details of any other income if any. And verify 26AS with the TDS certi.
If he has income from business & profession then also ask for balance sheet and profit and loss account.
