GST paid to franchisor towards royalty can be taken as credit ?
If yes then can it be taken if paid before registration of GST?
Pls help me out.

ITC availed in respect of input services is eligible only where availed after the date of registration. Thus royalty paid to franchiser in your case could be eligible where availed post registration.
