i dont have transport business,nor i am dealer of car neither i run a driving school.......i have electronics shop and i want to buy car, can i claim ITC(input tax credit) of 28% for the car and then can i further claim depreciation of 15% as per income tax depreciation on car? I will use my car in business only for transport of my staff and customers to drop home and airport/stations/hotels.

DEAR SIR, as per GST WEBSITE RULE:-
of section 18, input tax credit shall not be available in respect of the following, namely:— (a) motor vehicles and other conveyances except when they are used–– (i) for making the following taxable supplies, namely:— (A) further supply of such vehicles or conveyances ; or (B) transportation of passengers; or (C) imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicles or conveyances; (ii) for transportation of goods;
so, here can you explain me the meaning of point (ii)Transportation of goods.????

The vehicle used for transportation of Goods: If you are using motor vehicles to transport your goods from one place to another, then the credit of GST shall be allowed. However, here we are not talking about the Goods Transport Agency (GTA).

Yes sir, I sale goods of LED TV , refrigerator, washing machine which attracts 28% gst , so can i avail GST? do i have to keep receipt of every delivery challan ? do i have to pay any separate taxes under GTA( GOODS TRANSPORT AGENCY) for this?

No need to pay any GST on goods transport. Your transport costs are part of sales on which GST is paid on this analogy you can claim ITC on vehicle.

Dear Sir, while buying car dealer is charging me 1% tcs, will i get rimbursement of 1 % tcs which i am paying now? i am buying in my companys name .
