What is the minimum rate of dividend by which a private limited company can issue redeemble preference shares? Can 0.001% preference shares be issued?
There is no bar on issuing redeemable preference shares with no dividend if the investors are ready to put in their money. But usually if thre is a conversion option these things will be easier.
