Meri Company ne Computer ki AMC le rakhi hai computer AMC ka Rs 10000 ka Bill hai. During the month, humne Same party se computer accessories bhi purchase kari thi jo Rs. 22000 ke hai. Agar main party of single payment karu to kya mujhe Uska TDS kaatna padega. Please briefly describe.

20 January 2012 Agar dono bills alag alag hai par aap payment 1 saath karte ho to aapko TDS kaatna nahi padega.

20 January 2012 No ,no tds on material purchase even if the party is same ,(of course bill should be seprate for material )


21 January 2012 Tax need not be deducted.

21 January 2012 No need to deduct tax in your case.

main 1 company k canteen me 11 labour supply karta hoon jo 250 employee k liye LUNCH banaati hai. Company sab material provide karti hai, labour sirf usko banati hai. Sir mujhe LICENCE apply karne k liye kya karna hoga. Kyoki company k 250 employee ki LIFE mere haath me hai. Or ye bhi bataae ki mujhe kon kon se registration karaane honge.

01 August 2024 Agar aap ek company ke canteen mein 11 labour supply karte hain jo company ke 250 employees ke liye lunch banati hain aur company sab material provide karti hai, toh aapko kuch licenses aur registrations ki zarurat padegi. Yahaan aapko jo key licenses aur registrations chahiye honge, unka summary diya gaya hai:

### 1. **Food Safety License (FSSAI Registration)**
- **Kya Hai**: Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) ka license aapko food safety regulations ke compliance ke liye chahiye. Yeh license food business operators ko ensure karta hai ki wo quality standards ko follow karte hain.
- **Kaise Apply Karein**: FSSAI ke website par jaakar online application bharni hoti hai. Aapko business address, details of food business, and other relevant information deni hoti hai.

### 2. **Shops and Establishments Registration**
- **Kya Hai**: Shops and Establishments Act ke tehat registration ki zarurat hoti hai jo aapke business location ke local municipal authority se hoti hai. Yeh registration business premises ke working conditions ko regulate karta hai.
