is Service provided by a GTA to unregistered Person or Unregistered Casual taxable person is exempted or not ? is it exempted According to Notification No. 32/2017 Central Tax(Rate) Dt. 13.10.2017, Entry No. 21A or another any notification override this notification and making services of GTA to URD person Taxable for GTA Agency ?
