Sir/Madam, Please resolve my query,quickly as possible. I send IT training application form to ICAI,Chennai for IT registration,along with Rs.2000 Demand Draft. Now, I found that there were some mistakes while filling the form.Wrongly I put tick marks towards boxes were I need to shade it. Will they accept form? What procedure do I need to do to rectify the mistakes? Thanking you.

Thank you,Sir. But, as it is having Bar code numbers,will that be accepted. This is 12th day since I sent the form, no response from ICAI, whether they accepted form or not. How will I know the status of my form?
