A IS A CIVIL CONTRACTOR IN MUMBAI..

A ORDERED GOODS TO B (SUPPLER IN PUNE) TO DELIVER GOODS DIRECTLY IN RAJKOT TO C (CUSTOMER IN RAJKOT) FOR A CIVIL CONTRACT IN RAJKOT

QUERRY:
1)WHAT TAX B SHOULD CHARG MVAT OR CST?

2) AT WHAT TAX A SHOULD CHARGE C IN HIS BILL?I BELIEVE IT WILL BE INTER STATE WCT & CAN CHARGE CST ON MATERIAL VALUE

21 June 2010 B Pune is supplying good to C at Rajkot, on behalf of A,

B must charge CST as goods are moving from one state to other

As B is supplying goods on behalf of A, he will bill A, why should be bill C,

if be bill A or C, he will charge CST at rates aplicable under MVAT or @2% against C-Form
