if we are not take the benefit of input service tax in last F.Y . on shipping bill
can we take the same in current F.Y. if yes than plz what's the producer

There is no time limit for utilsing Input service tax credit. As the time limit for revising the service tax return if already filed is 90 days,if the 90 days period has expired then you can intimate the department of the input servic tax credit details.And the same can be claimed & adjusted while paying service tax.The amount claimed as input service tax shall be reflected in the half yearly return filed.
