my customers purchased and also claimed input on the purchase. He also has a bill and a bilty and the payment has also been made from the bank. But now their phones are coming from the department that either reverse input or go to jail but not issuing notice And they are saying that these firms have these bills. These firms are bogas. Now what do we do to reverse input or go to appeal What is the wrong way to tell the truth that the front firm has done it, what is our fault in it

Department can not take any action by telling the reasons/ facts on phone .
There are number of provisions in the Act indicating the procedure for action taken against any such happenings . Notice need to be served in proper FORM thru portal only .

Once , Notice will be served , you can submit all the bills along with Bank Statement & relevant documents & represent your case thru prescribed form in portal itself.

I do not think , based on phone by somebody pretending as Department people , you should reverse the credit . ( Unless you are sure that party is not genuine and transaction is not legally valid )
