Ineligible credit as per sec 17(5) reversal

This query is : Resolved

18 June 2019 RESPECTED SIR
I HAVE DOUBT FOR SHOWING INELIGIBLE CREDIT AS PER SECTION 17(5)
WE HAVE DISCLOSED INELIGIBLE CREDIT U/S 17(5) AT TIME OF FILLING GSTR 3B OF MARCH MONTH IN COLOUMN 4D WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN GSTR 3B 4 A
BUT WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO FILE RETURN FOR YEAR ITC AUTO POPULATED IN COLOUMN 6 IS ONLY FROM 4A
THEN WHETHER WE HAVE TO SHOW AGAIN INELIGIBLE CREDIT IN ANNUAL RETURN ?
PLEASE ADVICE
I FOUND DOUBLE REVERSAL OF INELIGIBLE CREDIT

18 June 2019 Since 4D in GSTR 3B is only a disclosure and when you have taken credit after netting off ineligible ITC , then one does not have to disclose the same again in GSTR 9 and the same shall amount to double effect reversal.
however in GSTR 9C reco of financial statement and GSTR 9 the difference of un-reconciled ITC could be provided with reason of the above as "though ITC exists in Financial statement the same is not availed in GSTR 3B and further in GSTR 9 being credit ineligible as per section 17(5).
