Increase in authorised capital-MCA related

This query is : Resolved

15 March 2010 I want to increase authorised share capital from 1 lac to 3 lac. I have already filed form no 23 and the same is approved too.
What next for filing form no 5? what about stamp duty and all?
Is form no 5 required to be filed physically?
What should be done after form no 23 filing? can anyone please explain in detail?

15 March 2010 You need to file Form No. 5. In case you are paying the stamp duty through the on-line facility provided on MCA, then you are not required to file the physical forms with the ROC. The registration fees in any case has to be filed through the MCA portal only. Once this form No. 5 is approved, the MCA site will reflect the increased authorised capital in the company master records.

Form No. 23 is also not required to be filed physically.

15 March 2010 Thank you so much sir.
Is it necessary to attach MOA and AOA duly stamped with form no 5?
What all are the documents that are required to be attached with form no 5?
Can you please tell me the procedure in case the stamp duty is not paid online?

15 March 2010 The entire process has been very lucidly explained on the mca site. I am attaching below the link for your ready reference.
