Dear All, I am a student of ICWAI final. Can i file an application of incorporation of a new private limited company indipendently (without a CA)?
You can file application for incorporation of new company (Public or Private)is possible. The required certification is only you need professional qualification either CA or CS or CWA. Any one of among the three can certificate and incorporate a new company with the concerned RoC.
