Dear experts one of my client, is carrying on proprietorship business under one name xxxxx Traders, the turnover is Rs.18 lacs, he can opt for 44AD, and further he has done some business through his savings bank a/c for Rs.25 lacs. shall he take this also in calculating the turnover to offer the income u/44AD,

Yes you can opt for section 44AD. In calculating 60 lakh limit the aggregate income from other all source.
