Mr. R is a salaried assessee. In A/Y 2009-10 he has claimed refund. But at till he has not receive any response from deprt.
In A/Y 2010-11 he is liable to pay tax.
Q. What he can Adjust/set off such sum of refund in current A/Y. As in ITR there is no such Set off colum exist.

no it cannot be adjusted u have to take refund from the depatt & deptt will pay ur refund with intt so dont worry

Agreed with Mr.Gaurav. You can not claim the sett-off of refund in the current year tax. It needs to be obtained separately from the Department.
