If any person is working as a Make up artist. But according to company rule he has to work as an assistant for the two years with the professional person who is already in that profession and he will get the salary from that person. But after two years he will able to work as a profession and can get the professional fees from the company.
so my question is that in which ITR form I file his income tax return?

If only salary then ITR 1 and both salary and profession ITR 4,only professional income ITR 4.

What he will get in future is irrelevant in the eyes of law. What he has received and in which capacity is important. If has received salary then file ITR 1 otherwise file ITR 4.
