Hello ,my friend has a take away.so when we were filing her tax returns(below taxable limit) we come across with few following questions: 1.in which category" take away" should be shown-we think other sector 1001.is it correct? 2.in the column of cash balance-we should show only cash in Hand or should we include both bank balance and cash balance?

Yes you can show other sector. in the column of cash balance you need to show only cash in hand.
