In case of builder service tax is liable for collection of one time maintanance,electricity miter charges and legal fees from the coustomer.

As per my view,service tax is leviable on the following in case of construction:
1.one time maintenance charges-12.36%.
2.Electricity meter installation-4.944%
3.Legal fees-12.36%
