1. Purchase order of the indian client.

2. Profirma invoice received from foreign seller.

3. Invoice received from foreign seller.

4. Bill of Entry

5. Cutoms duty payment

6. Purchase should be booked on receipt of material.

If in bangalore i can tell you the name of clearing agent.
