11 December 2009 If some one gets 50,000.00 salary p.m. and employer wish to give him another 7,500.00 p.m.The employee wish to save tax and Then for employer what is the way for booking of this 7,500.00 expenses in his books of accounts so that this expenses may show the expenses of the employees in his books of acounts or may be the part of his salary but the head should be exempted from Tax and TDS will also not be deducted from his salary income except on 50,000.00 p.m.

12 December 2009 The amount may be given as reimbursement of expenses incurred by the employee in discharging his duties for the employer or as petrol reimbursement.
