You need to apply as expert to answer the query in experts section. Click on apply as expert and fill the relevant details. Once approved by CCI you can answer query.

whenever i click on the link "answer the query" the below information display.. "You are an expert or your application is still pending" plz help me..

Agree with Ravindra Ji if you have already applied as an expert then please wait for approval. You will be notified via email when your application is approved.
