Sir, I am pursuing c.s. professional programme and i am having difficulties in drafting and pleading. Please advise how to prepare for different types of deeds and agreement both for examination and future aspect.
Drafting of deeds and all other legal documents is not a matter of individual skill. You have to draft it within the frame of respective law. There is no any full proof solution you have to read , analyse, memorize and understand all the documents.
