Hi, I work in a pvt ltd company and my salary is taxable. Company provides salary slip with the break up salary. But company does not provide Form 16 neither deduct tax. Salary is given in form of Company cheque or NEFT transfer from company account to my personal bank account. How can i pay tax by self? Please advise

First ascertain your taxable income and tax liability as per Income-Tax provisions and determine tax.You can fill the challan manually and pay the Tax in State Bank of India or other designated branches for Tax Collection.This Balnk Challan(Form No.280)can be downloaded from website.Or else, if you have Net Banking a/c with any bank, you can pay online.Go to Incometaxindia.gov site and "Pay taxes online" -rest is self explanatory.Good luck..
