If you are staying on rent in the same city where u hv own house also but it is bit distance - can HRA be claimed and let out be shown for own house?

If you are paying rent actually and your own house is given for rent, you can claim HRA as per the exemptions available U/s 10(13A) of IT Act.The rental income can be offered under Income from house property and the Municipal taxes paid and 30% deduction can be claimed.
