i have home loan of 25l and i wanted to gift the flat to my mother.. is it possible to gift ?.i doubt it because it has home loan..please clarify. ..
if i could gift. m i eligible for tax benifit of homeloan.?

gifting to yr mother is possible but yr liability continues.
